Our orders are shipped USPS from Denver, CO 80246, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive from the ship date. You will be provided a tracking number once your item has shipped.

Warm weather shipping:
Our products contain fresh ingredients and our products like lip balms, salves, and butters are heat sensitive. Under these circumstances we will need to automatically add $7.95 for cold gel packs and package materials. We will contact you prior to shipping for approval of these new rates.
International shipping:
While we currently only offer shipping for the United States on our website, please email us at contact@nonutsbeauty.com and we can coordinate your order and the rates for international shipping.
Return policy:
We, of course, hope you love our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please email us at contact@nonutsbeauty.com with your concerns
so we can see what we can do to resolve the issue. Please note that we will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
